Acest tort cu ciocolata si cafea este foarte simplu de facut si are o aroma deosebita. Blatul e pufos, crema fina, iar glazura e foarte ciocolatoasa ­čÖé

Tort cu ciocolata si cafea

Ingrediente pentru tava rotunda cu diametru de 26 cm”

Pentru blat

  • 150 g faina
  • 250 g zahar farin
  • 5 oua
  • 200 g unt
  • 200 g ciocolata neagra, taiata marunt
  • 1/2 lingurita praf de copt
  • un praf de sare

Pentru crema:

  • 3 lingurite de cafea solubila
  • 50 g zahar
  • 250 g smantana lichida (35% grasime)
  • 5 galbenusuri
  • 1/ 2 lingurita gelatina

Pentru glazura:

  • 200 g smantana grasa
  • 100 g ciocolata cu lapte, taiata mic
  • 100 g ciocolata amaruie, taiata mic

 

Mod de pregatire:

Blatul:
Bate ouale cu zaharul, pana devin o crema alba. Topeste la baia de aburi untul si ciocolata, amestecand usor sa se omogenizeze. Lasa sa se raceasca si aduga la oua. Adauga faina+ praf de copt (cernute anterior). Coace in cuptorul incalzit anterior, la 180C, pentru 15 minute (sau ii faci testul cu scobitoarea). Lasa-l la racit si taie-l in doua .

Crema:
Inmoie gelatina in 1/2 ceasca apa rece. Bate galbenusurile cu zaharul, pana se albesc. Incalzeste la foc mic smantana, pana da un clocot (sa nu fiarba, pentru ca se taie). Adauga cafeaua solubila si omogenizeaz-o. Amesteca 1/3 din ea in galbenusuri, apoi toarna incet in restul de galbenusuri, amestecand continuu. Gateste crema la baia de aburi, pana cand se ingroasa putin. Adauga gelatina si amestec-o pana se topeste. Lasa la rece, sa se intareasca.
Cand e destul de ferma, pune crema intre cele doua blaturi. Pune la rece peste noapte, ca sa se intareasca bine.

Glazura:
Incalzeste smantana pana ce da un clocot. Pune ciocolata, las-o 10 minute sa se topeasca, amesteca usor sa se omogenizeze. Pune la racit putin. Pune glazura peste tort.
Orneaza cu stelute si luna facute din ciocolata alba.

For layers

* 150 g flour
* 250 g powdered sugar
    * 5 eggs
* 200 g butter
* 200 g dark chocolate, chopped
* 1 / 2 teaspoon baking powder
* A pinch of salt
For the cream:

* 3 teaspoons of soluble coffee
* 50 g sugar
* 250 g heavy cream
* 5 egg yolks
* 1 / 2 teaspoon gelatin
For glaze:

* 200 g heavy cream
* 100g milk chocolate, cut small
* 100 g dark chocolate, cut small

 To make the layers 
  1. Beat eggs with sugar, to become a white cream. 
  2. Melt the butter and chocolate at steam, stirring to be mixed.  
  3. Let cool and add the the eggs.  
  4. Add flour + baking powder (sifted before).  Mix.
  5. Bake in oven previously heated at 180C for 15 minutes (or do i test with toothpick).  
  6. Let it cool and cut it in half.

To make the cream
  1. Soften  gelatin in 1 / 2 cup cold water. 
  2.  Beat yolks with sugar until they turn white.
  3. Heat cream over low heat until it starts bubbling (not boiling). Take away from the heat. Add soluble coffee.  
  4. Mix 1 / 3 of it into yolks, then slowly pour it in the remaining egg yolks, stirring constantly. 
  5.  Steam cook the cream until it thickens slightly. Add gelatin and blend it until it melts. 
  6.  Let cool to harden. 
  7. When it’s pretty firm, put the cream between the two tops. Put in fridge overnight to harden well.

Icing:Warm cream until hot. Put chocolate, leave it 10 minutes to melt, mix to homogenized. Cool it a bit. Glaze over cake.
Decorate with stars and the moon made of white chocolate.
