Pui la cuptor cu sos de usturoi

Acest pui la cuptor cu sos de usturoi are arome mediteraneene usor picante (de la usturoi) si lejere (de la sucul de lamaie).

Ingrediente pentru 4 persoane

  • 800 g piept de pui, crestat putin
  • 1 lamaie taiata felii
  • 200 ml vin alb
  • sare, piper dupa gust
  • legume dupa preferinta , trase in unt

 

Pentru marinada:

  • 2 linguri ulei de masline
  • 4 catei de usturoi, tocati marunt
  • 1 ceapa rosie tocata fin
  • 1 lingurita cimbru uscat
  • 1 lingurita oregano uscat

Pentru sosul de usturoi

  • 3 catei de usturoi
  • 1 pliculet sofran Kotany (1/4 lingurita)
  • 1 galbenus de ou
  • 200 ml ulei de masline
  • 2 linguri zeama de lamaie
  • 2 linguri patrunjel verde, tocat marunt
  • sare, piper dupa gust

 

Mod de pregatire:

Amesteca ingredientele marinadei si lasa 10 minute sa se intrepatrunda aromele.
Incalzeste cuptorul la 180 C. Pune pieptul de pui intr-o tava si freaca-l cu putina sare si piper. Toarna marinada deasupra si feliile de lamaie langa. Lasa la rece 20 minute. Dupa acest timp, toarna vinul in tava si baga la cuptor cam 40 minute (sau, in functie de cat de groasa e carnea, pana ce e facut, dar nu uscat).
In acest timp fa sosul. Zdrobeste usturoiul si fa-l ca o pasta, impreuna cu sofranul si sare. Adauga galbenusul si amesteca bine cam 1 minut. Adauga uleiul in fir subtire, ca la maioneza. La sfarsit adauga patrunjelul si potriveste de sare, piper si lamaie.
Serveste carnea calda cu legume si sos.

 

ENGLISH RECIPE

Mediterranean flavors, fresh and spicy.

Ingredients for 4 servings
  • 800 g chicken breast, slightly flatted
  • 1 lemon, sliced
  • 200 ml white wine
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • vegetables by preference, sottee in butter

For marinade:

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 garlic cloves, finely chopped
  • 1 red onion chopped
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano

For garlic sauce

  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 1] / 4 teaspoon saffron
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 200 ml olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons parsley, chopped
  • salt and pepper to taste

1. Mix marinade ingredients and let it stay10 minutes to let flavors combine.
2. Preheat oven to 180 C. Place the chicken in a roasting pan and rub it with salt and pepper. Pour marinade over it,and place the slices of lemon on the side. Let cool 20 minutes.
3. After this time, pour wine into pan and put in oven about 40 minutes (or, depending on how thick is the meat until it is done but not dry).
4. Meanwhile make sauce. Smash the garlic and make it as a paste, along with saffron and salt. Add yolks and mix well about 1 minute. Add oil in thin wire, as in mayonnaise. At the end add parsley, salt, pepper and lemon.
Serve hot with vegetables and sauce.

    @ Razvan: in primul rand bine ai venit! Si in al doilea, chiar a fost gustos! Foarte. Cat de curand o sa repet experienta.
