Briose umplute cu caramele 

Ingrediente

  • 200 g unt moale, taiat cuburi
  • 200 g zahar
  • 200 g faina
  • 1 lingurita praf de copt
  • 3 oua
  • 1 lingurita esenta de vanilie
  • 2 linguri cacao
  • 100 g ciocolata amaruie Kandia, taiata marunt
  • 18 caramele
  • 8 caramele + 3 linguri lapte

Cum se face

  • Amesteca zaharul cu untul, pana ce se omogenizeaza bine (cam 5 minute)
  • Adauga ouale unul cate unul, amestecand dupa fiecare
  • Adauga vanilia, praful de copt si cacao. Amesteca
  • Adauga faina. Amesteca.
  • Pune ciocolata si amesteca cu o lingura
  • Pune compozitia in forme de briose. In fiecare briosa pune o caramea. din cele 18

 

  • Coace 15- 20 minute la 190 C.
  • Raceste briosele pe un gratar
  • Amesteca cele 8 caramele cu laptele la foc mic, pana ce se topesc si formeaza un sos consistent.
  • Pune cate o lingurita de sos peste fiecare briosa.

* 200 g soft butter, diced
* 200 g sugar
* 200 g flour
* 1 teaspoon baking powder
* 3 eggs
* 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
* 2 tablespoons cocoa
* 100 g bittersweet chocolate, chopped
* 18 toffee
* 8 toffee+ 3 tablespoons milk

How To

* Mix sugar with butter until well blended (about 5 minutes)
* Add eggs one at a time, stirring after each
* Add vanilla, baking powder and cocoa. Mix
* Add flour. Mix.
* Put the chocolate and stir with a spoon
* Put batter in muffin form. Put a toffee in each muffin
* Bake 15-20 minutes at 190 C.
* Cools muffins on a rack
* Mix the milk  with toffee over low heat until they melt and form a sauce.
* Put a teaspoon of sauce over each muffin.
