Biscuiti cu multa ciocolata (Plenty of chocolate biscuits)

Mi-e teama ca familia mea se transforma in  „Terminatorii de biscuiti”. Am ajuns sa fac la 2-3 zile cate 3 tavi ca sa ne ajunga. Nici nu mai stiu ce combinatii sa inventez! De data asta fimiu a avut pofta de, citez „muuuuuulta ciocolata”. Asta am si copt: biscuiti cu multa ciocolata. Nu stiu daca i-a ajuns, pentru ca n-a putut sa-mi raspunda cu gura plina.

Biscuiti cu multa ciocolata

Ingrediente:

* 300 g faina
* 150 g fulgi de ovaz, facuti o faina mare
* 1 lingurita praf de copt
* 1 lingura de cacao neagra (se poate si mai multa)
* 200 g unt moale, taiat cuburi
* 170 g zahar
* 2 oua
* 100 ml lapte
* 2 lingurite esenta de vanilie
* ciocolata: 3 tablete, adica aproximativ 270 g (eu am avut amaruie si cu crema de capsuni), taiata bucati mici

 

Mod de pregatire

*  Intr-un castron amesteca bine faina, faina de ovaz si praful de copt
* Amesteca untul cu zaharul cu mixerul, 3-4 minute
* Adauga ouale unul cate unul, esenta si cacaoa, amestecand dupa fiecare.
* Pune peste unt amestecul de fainuri si omogenizeaza
* Cu o lingura amesteca si ciocolata
* Pune la frigider 30 minute
* In timpul asta incalzeste cuptorul la 190 C
* In tava de aragaz intinde foaie de copt. Cu o lingurita pune gramajoare de coca cu 2-3 cm distanta.
* Coace 12- 15 minute. Raceste biscuitii pe un gratar.

Ingredients:

* 300 g flour
* 150 g rolled oats, grounded
* 1 teaspoon baking powder
* 1 tablespoon dark cocoa (can be even more)
* 200 g soft butter, diced
* 170 g sugar
* 2 eggs
* 100 ml milk
* 2 teaspoons vanilla
* Chocolate: 3 tablets, approximately 270 g (I had strawberry cream and bittersweet), chopped into small pieces

How To:

* In a bowl thoroughly mix flour, oat flour and baking powder
* Mix the butter and sugar with electric mixer 3-4 minutes
* Add eggs one by one, the essence and cocoa, stirring after each.
* Put the flour over mixture and mix
* With a spoon mix the chocolate
* Put in refrigerator for 30 minutes
* During this heat the oven to 190 C
* Put baking paper in a tray. With a spoon make piles of dough with 2-3 cm between them.
* Bake 12-15 minutes. Cool cookies on rack.
